Description: Educational institutions must provide digital identities to their students, faculty and staff to allow them to teach, learn, work and communicate. Identity lifecycle management (ILM) is the process of managing digital identities throughout their lifecycle, from creation, onboarding, role and access changes and off-boarding. ILM systems manage identities in an institution’s digital environment and help to maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualified educational institutions who purchase QuickLaunch ILM products or licenses at CCF consortium pricing are eligible to apply for one of 10 ILM in-kind service grants donated by CCF vendor-partner QuickLaunch Identity and Integration. The in-kind grant funds all labor and service costs for the design, configuration, integration and implementation of the QuickLaunch Identity Lifecycle Management system. This program was created to reduce the cost and management of a comprehensive Identity system and create a seamless and secure digital experience for the education campus community.
